At Caravel Gourmet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flavorful purchase; if your sea salts or seasonings don't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for most items. Due to the perishable nature of food, please ensure products are unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Safely pack the unopened salt or spice jars in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
